How Can severe Body Pain Along With Bruises be Treated?

I have been bruising very easily in the last 7 months and my body hurts. Like I ve been hit by a baseball bat and I look as so. I live in the country and ride horses, have kids, work hard but have never had this issue before. Any advice? I do take a multi-vitamin and pro-biotic as well as protein shakes. Thank you!

Hello,

A bruise is a sign that there has been bleeding into the skin. Aside from the external injury to the body, bruising is caused by a disorder of one or more of the factors that are responsible for making the blood to form a clot.

Some of the more serious disorders are cancer and autoimmune diseases. Easy bruising along with body pain need to be evaluated by your primary care physician as soon as possible.
